As I said earlier, I made this beak out of thin L-200 closed cell foam. We decided this was our best option. So, I took the beak and painted it MULTIPLE times with high gloss yellow paint after giving it several coats of an aerosol rubber spray to give it extra form and texture.
After this last coating of paint dries, I’ll put in his black mouth plate felt and possibly a tongue.
Yep, went with a tongue after all.
